  • 1/2 tablespoon cornstarch
  • squeeze of lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • pinch of salt
