  • 1/4 cup dried fruit ((optional // I love cherries, strawberries, & blueberries))
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • Nut milk
  • Fruit ((I love banana))
  • Coconut sugar or maple syrup
