Sweet and Spicy Pulled Pork with Honey Jalapeno Lime Slaw

• 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon pepper
• Juice of 1 lime
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 teaspoon honey
• 1 jalapeno, seeded and minced
• 1 10 oz bag slaw mix
• 1/3 cup chopped cilantro
• ½ teaspoon ground cumin
• Salt and pepper, to taste
