  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup gochujang paste
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
  • 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
  • juice of one lime (about 2 tablespoons)
