S'Mores Ice Cream Cake

• 4 ounces bittersweet chocolate, (chopped)
• 1/2 ounce unsweetened chocolate, (chopped)
• 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
• 1/3 cup all purpose flour
• 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
• 2 large eggs
• 2/3 cup granulated white sugar
• 1 teaspoon instant espresso powder
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
• 1 1/2 quarts vanilla ice cream ((or any flavor!))
• 1 cup marshmallow creme
• 1 tablespoon water
• 4 to 5 cups mini marshmallows, (divided)
• hot fudge, (as much as desired)
