  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Juice of 3 limes
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • Shredded cheddar cheese, to top
  • Sliced avocado, to top
  • 3 large unripe (green) plantains
