  • 8 ounces cod (halibut, seabass, or other firm white fish, cut into 1-inch pieces)
  • 8 ounces large scallops (halved (about 8 scallops))
  • 1 (6.5-ounce) can whole clams
  • 1 cup half and half
  • Chopped fresh parsley or thyme (for serving)
