• 1 cup canned unsweetened pumpkin puree

• ½ teaspoon salt
• ½ teaspoon ground ginger
• ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
• ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
• 1 quart French Vanilla ice cream
