  • 1 cup Tuscan kale (finely chopped)
  • ½ cup fontina cheese (cut into small cubes)
  • 1 ½ tablespoon whole grain mustard (divided)
  • 1 ½ cup low sodium chicken broth
  • 2 sprigs fresh sage
  • 2 sprigs fresh thyme
