  • 8 ounces pancit bihon noodles ((Filipino rice noodles) or Thai Vermicelli rice noodles)
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1 pound dada ayam tanpa kulit tanpa tulang (diiris tipis-tipis seukuran sekali gigit)
  • 1/2 yellow onion (diced)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons kecap
  • 1 cup air
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ayam batangan, (bubuk atau pasta)
  • 2 cups cabbage (shredded)
  • 1/2 cup carrots (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup green onions (chopped)
  • garam halal dan merica bubuk secukupnya
