  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (Lea & Perrins or similar)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 ½ tsp white rice wine
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • ½ tsp sesame oil
  • 3.5 oz shrimp (small to medium, frozen is ok)
  • ⅔ cup shrimp broth (or dashi. Reserve when boiling)
  • 1 cup plain flour
  • 1 ½ cups white cabbage ((finely chopped) — sprinkle with a pinch of salt to soften)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp chopped scallions
  • 1 tsp grated carrots (optional)
  • 1 ½ tsp mayo (Kewpie Mayo recommended)
