  • 2 large eggs, (beaten)
  • 1 ½ cups shredded red cabbage
  • 1 ½ cups kubis hijau parut
  • 2 cups sliced mushrooms, (shitake or baby bella)
  • 2 tablespoons saus hoisin
  • 3 tablespoons kecap
  • 1 tablespoon cuka chinkiang
  • 2 teaspoons garlic paste, (or grated garlic)
  • 1 teaspoon ginger paste. (or grated ginger)
  • 1 teaspoon kanji dr tepung jagung
