  1. Cook the jelly with sugar and water according to the package instructions until it boils, then pour it into a square container. Allow it to set to room temperature then cut into cubes. Store it first in the refrigerator.
  2. Divide two mangoes, mash one and cut the other into 1 x 1 cm cubes. Store in the refrigerator.
  3. Bring the water to a boil then add the sago pearls and cook for 10 minutes then turn off the stove. Let the pearl sago sit for 15 minutes, then cook again for 10 minutes or until no white spots are visible. After that, remove from heat, put in cold water and strain the sago pearls.
  4. Place the mashed mango in a serving glass. Pour in evaporated milk, liquid whip cream and sweetened thick cream (you can stir it well or not). Then add sago pearls, jelly pieces and manga pieces.
  5. Serve while cold.
  6. 1. Previously, cool the peeled mango in the refrigerator. 2. Using whip cream adds a creamier taste, if you don't use it, it's okay. 3. If the mango is very sweet, you can adjust the use of sweetened thick cream.
