  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup mushrooms (sliced, crimini preferred)
  • 1 small carrot (julienned)
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • 2 -3 cup spinach (baby spinach preferred)
  • green onions (thinly sliced, to finish, as needed)
