• 1 cup sugar (divided into 3/4 and 1/4 cups)
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/3 cup 2% or whole milk
• 8 oz about 2/3 of a 12 oz can evaporated milk
• 9 oz about 2/3 of a 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
• 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
• 2 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
• 2 1/2 tbsp granulated sugar
• 1 lb fresh strawberries
