  • 4 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1½ tablespoons instant/rapid-rise yeast ((see note))
  • 3 cups lukewarm water ((no need to be exact, but lukewarm is about 100°F/38°C))
  • Cornmeal, (for dusting the pan)
