• 2 Tbsp real maple syrup
• 2 tsp Tabasco Original Pepper Sauce
• 1 cup unsalted pecans (** toasted and coarsely chopped)
• 1 cup unsalted cashews (** toasted and coarsely chopped)
• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 1/3 cup water
• 1/3 cup light corn syrup
• 8 Tbsp unsalted butter
• 1 tsp baking soda
