  • 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon powder (or a vegetable stock powder)
  • 3/4 cup low fat grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese (grated, divided)
  • 6 ounces low fat mozzarella cheese (sliced)
