Funfetti Bundt Cake

• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 1/4 cups granulated white sugar
• 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, (softened)
• 1/4 cup vegetable oil
• 2 large eggs, (at room temperature)
• 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
• 1 cup buttermilk
• 2 large egg whites, (at room temperature)
• 1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles ((see Recipe Notes below))
• additional sprinkles for topping
• 8 ounces white chocolate, (chopped)
• 1/3 cup half and half cream
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
• 1 to 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar, (sifted)
