  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (such as basil, parsley, oregano, and thyme)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
