  • 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¾ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • One 12-ounce can evaporated milk
  • whipped cream and toffee bits, (for garnish (if desired))
