• 1/4 cup stout beer (or use coffee and leave the instant coffee out)
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 1 teaspoon instant coffee
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1 ounce package cream cheese (softened, 8)
• 3/4 cup can sweetened condensed milk (14 ounce)
• 4 ounces semi-sweet chocolate (melted)
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2 tablespoons Bailey's Irish liquor (may leave this out if needed)
• 8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate (chopped)
• 1/4 cup heavy cream
• 2 -4 tablespoons Bailey's (swap 2 teaspoons vanilla if preferred)
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1 tablespoon powder sugar
• 1 -2 tablespoons whiskey (optional)
