  • 1/2 teaspoon cracked pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt ((add more to suit your tastes))
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1/2 a lemon (juiced)
  • 2 teaspoons parsley (to garnish)
