- 1. Mix all the ingredients well while pouring hot water little by little, while stirring using a spatula. 2. Continue doing this until the dough can be shaped into a ball. 3. Shape the dough into balls according to your taste. 4. Boil the cilok until cooked. 5. Serve.
- 1. Blend peanuts, garlic, red chilies, sugar and salt. 2. Once smooth, pour hot water while stirring until evenly distributed. 3. Bring the sauce to a boil in a small saucepan. 4. Add sweet soy sauce, stir until even and thick. 5. Serve with cilok.
- 1. Starch can be replaced with tapioca flour. 2. Add hot water little by little while stirring the mixture. Stop adding water when the dough is pliable or not sticky. 3. Cilok can be filled with cheese, sausage or sliced meat or lard, which has been boiled first.
