  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 40 g sifted granulated sugar or caster sugar (3 Tablespoons)
  • 1/2 cup (125g) creamy peanut butter
  • 2 Tablespoons (26g) unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
  • 1/2 cup (60g) confectioners’ sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
