• 1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar
• 2 large eggs, at room temperature
• 2 and 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
• 2 cups (360g) semi-sweet chocolate chips (I used mini), plus extra for garnish
• 1 cup (16 Tbsp; 226g) unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
• 1/2 cup (130g) creamy peanut butter*
• 3 and 1/2 cups (420g) confectioners’ sugar
• 1/2 cup (41g) unsweetened natural or dutch-process cocoa powder
• 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
• 1 -2 Tablespoons milk
