  • 4 cups ready diced Butternut squash/pumpkin
  • 7 oz green beans (trimmed)
  • 1 2/3 cups can coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 pinch salt to taste
  • 1 handful Fresh coriander leaves to serve
