  • 4 cups reduced sodium beef broth
  • 8 ounces whole wheat rotini noodles (or elbow or similar short pasta)
  • ½ cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 ½ cups grated sharp cheddar cheese (yellow if possible)
  • ¼ cup chopped dill pickles (optional)
  • ¼ cup chopped green onion
  • Water (as needed)
