  • 6 ounces FRESHLY SHREDDED extra sharp cheddar cheese (about 1 1/2 cups (Do not use pre-shredded! It won’t melt smoothly.))
  • 1/2 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3/4 cup whole-wheat panko breadcrumbs or regular panko
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
