Bahan-bahan (6 porsi)

  • 1 small or 1/2 large green cabbage ((about 8 cups), finely sliced)
  • 1 large carrot (1 cup peeled and grated)
  • 1 medium onion (1 cup, finely diced)
  • 2 Tbsp cooking oil
  • 3 cups cooked Jasmine rice (*)
  • 2 Tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil (this gives the rice an authentic Asian aroma & flavor)
  • 1/4 tsp salt (or to taste or no salt at all!)
  • 1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper (or to taste)
