  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons sesame seeds (optional)
  • 2 cups frozen sweet potato fries (optional—I used Alexia foods)
  • 1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons pickle juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (or yellow mustard)
  • 2 teaspoons ketchup (or French dressing or Sriracha)
  • 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon milk (plus more to thin as needed)
