  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • ½ cup dried cherries or cranberries
  • ⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese (divided)
