regular cane sugar or Turbinado (raw) sugar, or a half-and-half combination of the two (my favorite)
Pinch of ground ginger
Pinch of ground cinnamon
Pinch of fine salt
Greek yogurt or thick goat’s yogurt
Honey, for drizzling (optional)
Granola (a few handfuls)
