  • 2 1/2 cups milk ((I used skim))
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 3/4 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese ((about 4 ounces))
  • 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
