  • 1 tablespoon canola oil (or peanut or grapeseed oil)
  • 2 medium carrots (peeled and cut into thin coins)
  • 1 head broccoli (cut into small florets (about 3 cups), or 3 cups thinly sliced cabbage)
  • 1 red bell pepper (cored and thinly sliced)
  • 1 (8-ounce) can sliced water chestnuts (drained)
  • 4 g reen onions thinly sliced (divided)
  • 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil (optional)
