  • 1 Tbsp toasted white sesame seeds
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 –1½ Tbsp toasted sesame oil
  • ½ Tbsp soy sauce
  • ¼ –½ tsp Diamond Crystal kosher salt ((use less salt to start))
