  1. Peel the ripe mas bananas, clean from the attached inner skin.
  2. Place the bananas on a tray, cover the bananas with a thin cloth then dry in the sun until half dry. When drying, don't forget to turn the bananas over so that all parts of the banana are exposed to the heat of the sun. The drying time depends on the weather. In good weather drying lasts 2 days.
  3. After the bananas are half dry, oven the bananas at a low temperature of 100°C for 1 hour, or use the lowest heat if using a tangkring oven. Flip the bananas after 30 minutes.
  4. Banana sale is ready to serve, or store in an airtight container.
